[epilepsy] Your brother

Hi Rhonda, I have post-traumatic Epilepsy, not congenital. So I know both sides of life. I can remember life without it. Anyway, what does you brother day when you ask him how he feels about his life? Is he happy with it? If he is, he is. You can support him in any interest he has, which may lead him to want or need greater independence. Ultimatly, it's about what he needs and wants. If he's not happy in the house, I would contact your his local Epilepsy Foundation or Epilepsy.com for housing resources. He can be independent, but community support might be out there for him to get there. He's lucky to have you looking out for him. Good lucl, Lynda
