There is a wonderful site where you can check out some of the things you get in emails that guarantee they are "true". It's called Snopes. They investigate email chain letters and various rumors and discover which are true and which are, frankly, a load of rumor-mongering BS. Unfortunately, this e-mail is one of the second and you can find the investigation of it listed at http://www.snopes.com/politics/religion/cemetery.asp
