As far as the subject of suicide goes concerning epilepsy. Allot of us have thought of it and I know from talking with many people with epilepsy, allot of people have tried it, myself included. If it wasn't for me being a wimp outside one cold winter night, I would have been gone over 25 years now. Back then I never had friends who could relate to me! BUT, if I had this group back then, I would have had friends, others who could relate to me, others to vent out with who could feel and understood all I was going through. I would have made friends to email and IM with, talk on the phone with who would be able to give each others support! Everybody remember, here we can open up with about anything in our lives. Here we can make friends to email with outside just the posts. And, at the same time we can simply email anybody by simply clicking on a person name to email a person in the group who we really don't even know. Sometimes we don't do that because we feel we are bothering somebody else. But truthfully, so many of us could use friends who can relate to each other. Simply try emailing a couple people for the hell of it and who knows, you might make a couple of friends? And, tell others in the group you email with so and so and suggest them that maybe you should try emailing them. You would be surprised how many people could use more friends. Its having friends who can relate to me which helped me get through some tuff times since I joined the group about 9 years ago! Take care, keep a smile on your face!
