Re: Re: [epilepsy] Some questions

You make it sound so easy. I have a friend who had stem cells to heal him
from cancer. But before that he had so much chemo that he almost died.
He is OK today.

How do they give stem cells? It has to be put into your blood-- right?

No way do I want to got to Germany, and when I come back I have a
seizure-- then where is your doctor to take care of you?

I have been on Dilantin and Phenabarb for over 20 years. The pharmacy
doesn't tell the dr. what to give you. The Dr. decides what to give you--
if that doesn't work-- he will try another . I want my Dr. here where
I can call him. My last sz was 2 years ago and before that it was 4 years.

It is a good thing that not everybody likes the same thing. If you have
been there == how about telling us what all is involved. How long did it
take? Did you have chemo to get rid of the good things in your blood
before they could give you the stem cells?

Give us your story.

You also didn't give us something to click for info.

Just a friendly reminder: Please remember to sign your post and remember to clean up messages when you reply to them.  This is especially important if you are on digest.  This not only helps out the list owner but, it makes messages much easier to read when they arrive in our inboxes.
