It's basically when someone with a history of epilepsy dies unexpectedly... probably from a seizure or a fall caused by a seizure, but after death there's no way to prove the seizure happened; even with autopsy.  It's what happened to John Travolta and Kelly Preston's son, Jett Travolta.
