RE: [fast5] (Sharron - your diet) Re: question on low blood sugar readings and crashi

Hi Karen,

I am still learning what works best for me. Low carb, no grain, no added sugar is what I am sticking too.

Here is a couple of days of food.

Day 1 (5:00 pm to 9:00 pm)
pork rinds, cucumber, and radishes with blue cheese dressing
broiled chicken breast topped with cheese and bacon
sauteed zucchini
refried soybeans
strawberries
cherries
coconut oil freezer fudge (choc, flax, almond butter, toasted walnuts and coconut oil)
iced latte with heavy cream
water

Day 2 (6:00pm to 9:00pm)
pork rinds carrots and celery with blue cheese dressing
spare ribs
turnip gratin
cole slaw
blackberries
cherries
coconut oil freezer fudge (peanut butter, flax, shredded coconut, and coconut oil)
flourless choc cake
lemonade
water

Wow looks like alot but my portions are small and I am very pleased with my progress and no gout flare ups. I would like to know what everyone else eats,
Sharron

Sharron

I'd love a list of the things you do eat (I check a 'high purine foods' list).

I limit protein and high purine foods because I sometimes get gout attacks, a form of arthritis where uric acid crystals settle in your joints, it is very painful.
