These are great responses; I truly appreciate everyone's input on this
group!!
On the hunger, tho, and 20 minutes...
I find that I'll feel hunger at a certain time during the day. I just
increase my water intake and keep busy. It might come back and bug me a
couple of times, but then it will go away for several hours. Then it comes
back and we go thru the same cycle again.
Fasting can be such a mental game, eh?

I do not believe you should eat in the absence of true physical hunger just
as I do not believe one should bypass hunger. Twenty minutes is long enough
for the brain to send the fullness signal.
