You tell them the truth. If I have had a sz between the times I get my
licesnse I need a note from the Dr. saying I have been szs free for X
number of months. That is somethiong you can't hide from the license
bureau -- at least in my state. The last time I had to go home and come
back another day after I had the Dr.'s note.
