I have just retired from working 25 years as a home health aid.
Here at the retirement center where I live I help people sometimes--
doing things that a home health aid would do. I am in charge of the
public computer in our building, am in charge of our coffee hour every
Wednesday morning, keep 2 bulletin boards changed about every 10 days,
and am on a couple commmittees. Oh yes, we also have a computer users
group that meets every 2nd Fri. I work in the dining room in my
building every Tues and 1 or 2 Sundays. We get our meal free then.
I just got done having a garage sale with about 25 - 30 other people
here on the campus. They always advertise so people from town and country
come in also. I got rid of a lot of things but I still have got lots of
things to go thru. I have too much stuff. A lot of it is paper from
newspapers, magazine, and computer. That will be my last garage sale!
I was fatigued!! I have lived here 12 years.
