I find myself closing my eyes or turning my head away when the channel switcher starts flippin'. That I can't
stand and yes there are some programs I can't handle either.
Sometimes it is strange it can only take one of your triggers to set off a seizure and other times it needs 2
or 3 of them altogether. It depends on how high or low your seizure threshold is at the time.
This is what I found.

For some people a trigger is watching television or using the computer for too long. You may have missed a
dose of your meds. Who knows? Trying to figure out "why" you had a seizure is a very tricky and mindboggling
question. I've learned that with epilepsy, you can't ask yourself "why." We just have to accept it and keep
moving forward. You said that you're "going crazy" because you don't know the cause of the seizure(s). Asking
yourself the questions "why" and/or "what if" will drive you "crazy." I know this from experience. You want to
reduce your stress and anxiety levels as much as possible. Questioning yourself will just increase those
levels and possibly cause more seizures. I guess my philosophy with epilepsy is to just "go with the flow."
God bless you,
