I almost always get a little depressed after seizures. And you're right... people don't understand. That's why this group is here... because we're the only ones that "do" understand. Also, about maximum dosages.... I don't take Dilantin, but I do take the maximum dose of Keppra 3000mg daily. I'm trying to talk my neurologist into weaning me off of it (I also take Tegretol, but only 700mg daily).

yeah that is why i joined so maybe people will understand what i go through when i have issues with my seizures. Does anyone ever feel like they useless at time after seizures happen or issues with them and your family doesnt quite understand. I try to explain it but sometimes they don't get it I know people on here will understand more. Yes so many different kinds of meds i have found but mine is such a high dose. I take 1000mg Dilantin daily. DOes any take that high of a dose or similar on other meds?
