Hi, What part of Wisconsin are you from?? Have you asked your Neurologist for a reference? That might help .I am from Minnesota I go to the Twin Cities Minneapolis/St. Paul area, There are many of Neurologists there. But if Your checking them out in Wisconsin I would try the larger Metro cities Milwaukee, Madison, and any other bigger cities.
