First, I would think a job you are applying or would not be one that a seizure disorder would interfere. Assuming that I would be open just in case there is something about it you may not be aware of. I have been with one organization and moved around within it several times without a problem. When there is a special event I will participate in, some of the individuals know about my handicap and I have a blood test with a signed note from my doctor indicating my ability to participate. I know legally I should not require this but it permits my supervisor to be able to have a level of confidence should someone above him raise a question or should something happen. It keeps the piece.
I would not hold this back as it would be immediate grounds for you to be fired also.
