This also works for me in two ways. I put my morning dose in a small cup I keep on the bedside table when I take my nighttime dose. If I wake up to take my morning dose and it isn't there, I know I missed the previous nights dose and I double up during the day keeping at least 6 hours between doses. If I forget my morning dose, I find it when I take my nighttime dose or my wife finds it in the morning and contacts me. It works well. I haven't missed many doses and like our memories, there are checks and balances to give me confidence I have taken it when I should.

You've got to remember to take those meds, Jennie. It used to be extremely difficult for me to remember to take my pills, but I started putting my meds on a nightstand beside my bed. That way it's the last thing I see before I go to bed, and the first thing I see when I get up in the morning.
Later,
Tristin
