RE: [epilepsy] I am afraid..

Hi

I find that because I had encephalitis, I can only absorb so
much so when I start o tire I stop as that's my brain
telling me it needs a rest. I find that I can remember what
I have learnt only after hearing it for the second or third
time, maybe it's the same for you. Don't give up, where
there's a will there's a way!! If you're determined enough
to do something, you will.

Regards

Adrien

We have found with my daughter that if we learn newer things
at night before she goes to bed and then review them in the
morning when she wakes up that it tends to stick better with
her. We will be praying for you! Keep your head held up high
God has a plan for you!

Subject: [epilepsy] I am afraid..

I have continued to study sociology and I am not remembering
it. I study but.. I don't know if since I have had so many
seizures since I graduated and passed boards for L.P. nurse.
I have always had to study twice as hard as most, but this
seems different. This could be it, the time I realize due to
seizures I can't do something and never before have I let it
get to me. I feel the anxiety getting worse which I know
isn't helping. I want to get my R.N. so bad. I do my job
well I am told by family members and residents and staff
that I do a good job and am a good nurse but working at the
nursing center most days are stressful but about the same.
When an emergency happens I do just fine.
What if this is the place in my life where I have to give up
and know I can't remember new things. Yes I realize that I
have a easier way than most I am no longer on disability and
can drive. But this is my life I need encouragement please.
Marie
