Hi Marie,
I've never noticed any kind of food or drink to trigger my seizures. Of course, I don't drink alcohol. I have tried to cut back on the caffeine and chocolate lately, but I'm thankful that it's my only addiction. :) Actually, the only thing I've put in my mouth that triggered seizures was antihistamines, like Benadryl. Of course, it would be my luck that I have terrible allergies year round.
Later,
Tristin :)

It was 94 here in missouri today radio said 100% humidity. But I love summer, Winter months I have seasonal depression. No fun.
What about foods is there any certain ones that bother anyone.
I ask because I feel more alert and more "with it" than when I eat whatever I want. But as far as a food there is no one thing that makes me have a seizure I know about the MSG and such.Just wondering
Marie
