Sorry folks I am doing clean up here in my emails and just a little catch up time.

when you have a grand mal there is usually a gasp/yell just before the seizure as you are taking in a deep
breath, as you are coming out of it and have been unconscious your breath has been help so you now need to let
out that breath which I have been told for me is in the form of a yelp or yell. The refilling up of the lungs
with air.
