[Healthy_Recipes_For_Diabetic_Friends] Re: File - The Basics of a Healthy Diabetes Diet

We could design menus for you but there is no guarantee it would be the most effective for you or that you would enjoy our selections.

It's easy enough to design your own week's worth of menus. You should know from your nutritionist how many grams of carbs you can eat and how many calories. Then just divide them up into 3 meals and a few snacks. The go into our Files section and find things you like to eat. Play with different recipes until you find ones that fit and which you will enjoy eating.

The only way out appears to be diet, and despite all the recipes I see here, I really need a format for them -- a week's worth of menus.
