I have been on Low Carb for 9 months and have lost 50 pounds. Still have another 30 to go, but have been stalled for the past couple of months. So, was looking for something to help me get back to losing more when I saw a refernce to Fast5 over on one of the Low Carb Forums.
So, I started Fast5 on June 7 - the first day was unpleasant and I was hungry, but the next day was much easier. I drink plenty of water and a diet soda during the day and am finding it fairly easy to wait until my feeding time. I did have a problem with the 5P-10P eating time, it was just too late for me. So I adjusted it to 3p-8p and that is working for me.
I've lost 3 pounds since starting Fast5, but don't know how much of that is water weight. Shouldn't be too much, since I'm still eating Low Carb.
My question is about the timing of Supplements and Medications. Some of them must be taken with food and some are twice a day. How do you handle those?
