missing thoughts in here....written during my crashing morning period.
- I eat weston price with no wheat and little to no grains.
- I'm not particulary hungry on these low carbs during my window and am making myself eat although once I start it tastes good and I eat all the food. When i was under stress in my job I was ravenous by 9:30-10AM. I simply couldn't wait through it even with cream in tea or broth.
thanks again for any insights, I would really like to get a hold of these blood sugar issues as I'm sure this is a good way for me to manage my diet.
