This is my third day of Fast 5 and hoping I'll see some results with this. As I'm sure many of you can relate to, I've been on almost every diet with little or minimal success over many, many years. My most recent forays have been JUDDD, then low carb, then a mixture of the two as I love them both.
As I was lurking here yesterday, I saw a member (NoSugarShell) that I know from a low carb board (hi Michelle!). We tend to use Fast 5 on a JUDDD Down Day, which got me to thinking about trying Fast 5 again. I had tried it with JUDDD several months ago and drifted off of it.
My body seems to need constant changes for me to see any progress at all, so I'm already anticipating I'll have to make changes. I've drifted back to eating way more carbs than I like and will change that back to low carb in a few weeks (have some trips coming up that will make lowcarbing very difficult). But, I'm Fast 5'ing for now, so I'll be lurking around :)
