Anymore more suggestions to this or reasons not to try this?
I changed my eating for now to:
- extend the window to 6 hours, 7 if I have too
- start much earlier in the day
- add 2,000mgs split between L-carnitine and acetyl-l-carnitine
- increased my B-vits
- use broth after the window if I need to with a fat like butter,
cream or coconut oil added
Was up at 5 today so by 9AM my big crash was starting. Took a 15 min nap and then gave into eggs with tons of butter, tea + cream and a handful of macadamia nuts. Took all my supplements including L-carnitine. I feel great right now.
Hopefully I can inch this time forward as it's totally unworkable if I ever want dinner with loved ones and especially when my job restarts.
