Loss of bladder control can occur as a result of seizures. It has
only happened to Megan one time, which leads me to believe that it is
more likely to happen when you have a full bladder. I'm not sure that
there is anything that one can do to prevent this, other than keeping
one's bladder fairly empty all the time.... I understand that some
people can lose bowel control during a seizure. I'm guessing that
both are more common with people who have generalized tonic clonic
seizures, but that is just a guess.
