If others who also take Lamictal experience insomnia, please suggest
whatever you might do to help with this.
I am on regular Lamictal, not genetic, and it is 400mg daily. I have often used things like Nyquil and then just stayed awake at least another two hours before going back to sleep. I wonder if others who are also on the Lamictal, experience seizures still occurring too.
I have seizures two or three times a month and they are always nocturnal. I think the apprehension involved in laying there and wondering if tonight it will happen or not, is part of the cause of this happening. Thanks for your time.
