I went to Medra. com. The only Dr. that was mentioned was
William C. Rader, MD. I put his name in a Yahoo toolbar and
I learned a lot. If you want to know anything about his work--
check it out.
I learned enough that I don't want anything to do with it.
It says he lives in CA but sends people out of the country for
the stem cell treatment . It also tells how much he charges
per treatment, etc.
