[epilepsy] BRAND X LAMICTAL VS GENERIC LAMICTAL

Who here has taken the generic lamictal ?  How does is work compared to the brand X lamictal ?  I went today to pay for my lamictal new perscripton, knowing my doctor several months ago said he did not want me to take the generic lamictal.  When the cost of $22.95 was told to me, I was thinking for 30 days. Then I thought this is a 90 day supply and went back to see what they gave me. Sure enough it was the generic as they told me the insurance company told them my card was no good. So I have to call them tomorrow and the doctors office is to call me as well as I called them from the Costco pharmacy. If the generic lamictal is as good as the original brand, that is fine with me. If though I will have problems with it, I would rather take nothing as I know I could since my surgery was 8 years ago. Only MSG and nitrates will trigger a seizure in my brain and maybe the flu might do that as well sometimes when I have a fever medicine or not. Any info
would be greatfully appreciated. 
 
I got an email from Joe LaMountain from the EFA who called the woman from the FDA about the MSG in foods that has lately cause me to have Grand Mal seizures. No MSG since 4/26 = NO Grand Mal Tonic Clonic seizures. Hopefully they will get something started for us all who ever is affected from MSG with seizures and other brain illnesses MSG can cause among other things. www.truthinlabeling.org  www.sellingsalesmanship.com/msginfo.html  All people should learn what MSG is in and how it is in things by other names and what MSG can do to the human brain. If Obama want us to have health care, Should'nt we first be healthy to choose on our own what plan we deserve and need ?  They need to get all MSG and forms of it out of all our foods first before we all are under the so called care of the federal government.
